Returns

We hope you will love your cushions!   

But we do understand sometimes you may need to return your order. As it is so costly, we are unable to offer free returns.
 

Returns must be sent in their original condition with tags intact within 14 days of purchase and return postage must be paid by customers. We recommend using a tracked service or obtaining proof of posting from the Post Office.

 

 

We guarantee that all our cushions leave us in perfect condition and we know very rarely deliveries may be damaged in transit. If this happens, please inform us within 7 days, take photos of any damages including the packaging and email us: hello@justcushions.co.uk.
